“Very professional and all around great company. They did an assessment for us and gave honest advice. Even went above and beyond to help us out with some gutter issues while on the roof. Excellent!”

“Steve came over and looked at my house and my shop and came up with they didn’t need a full wash. He did what was nessasary and didn’t charge an arm and a leg!! Very happy with his work!”
Premier Property, LLC
“My wife and I hired Joe Price and Premier Property to re-side our lake cabinet. I cannot say enough about the professionalism from beginning to end. Joe was extreamly patient with us. My wife likes to dream and explore many options. Joe smiled and responded to every need. The Premier crew communicated from start to finish and they took pride in their clean worksite. But here was my surprise. I believe our cabin was originally construct by a drunk with a large scrap pile. Im in construction myself. Ive never had a structure throw more wicked curve balls like this one. As our project began, I prepared for a barrage of phone calls. As I knew complications were unavoidable. Only 1! And that was to ask if we would like to use the leftover shakes on an additional area.
I only write a few reviews a year. And im only motivated when the review is to report the extreams. Well, today its to report an extreamly well done Job!
Thank you to all involved. Go Premier or don't go at all”
