My visits were for work conditioning after an on the job fall resulting in several broken ribs. I met with Brandon as my therapist and he came up with a plan. During my therapy Brandon was very informative and knowledgeable, but most of all patien. He was always concerned with my well being and always, always willing to help. I had a great experience and made progress while being there. I would recommend SERC to ANYONE that is needing physical therapy !!! 5 PLUS STARS!!
I knew right away that they wanted to get to the source of my problem. Explaining what the therapy was targeting and what they were hoping to accomplish with each exercise or movement. Always checking to see if my symptoms were worse or getting better. The atmosphere is fun, engaging and people were happy to be there. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I highly recommend SERC Physical Therapy to anyone! I had a constant tension headache for almost six weeks, and after my initial consultation, they quickly identified the root of the problem. I started noticing improvement within just two weeks of therapy!
The staff is incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind to every patient. One thing that meant so much to me was their flexibility—they encouraged me to bring my almost 2-year-old daughter with me so I didn’t have to worry about childcare. They even took turns watching her while I did my exercises and received treatment.
