my phone message was returned promptly and the person I spoke with was very courteous and helpful. They started the job immediately and my new toilet was fully installed by noon the same day. Damien was professional and pleasant to work with. He went over options with me and I could tell he definitely knew his stuff and wanted me to get exactly what was best for my situation. I 100% recommend Pickle's Plumbing and will use their service again.
So, our kitchen sink started leaking from the area around the p-trap. I tried to fix it but it looked like it had been installed by a rabid orangutan. I knew I was in a pickle. Well, Pickle’s Plumbing just happens to be the best shop in, well, probably the galaxy. So, easy choice. I call on a Thursday evening. They schedule me for Monday. I thought I would have to wait to get this fixed. However, I never had to queue(cumber) up. Dillon shows up with another plumber from their crew. They assure me that the person who installed this is a grade A moron and that I could not have fixed it. Then, like Yoda saying “do or do not,” he knew that this wouldn’t be the only rabid orangutan mess he would find. And sure enough, 3/4 of our sinks were done horribly wrong, plus the water heater pressure valve was leaking, plus we didn’t have the required expansion tank. It was JARRING. But they knew what to do, and they went to make a quote. I’m not going to lie, I thought it would be more than they quoted. I signed on the dotted line and they went to work. I went back to working from home down the hall. I cannot believe how quickly they got it finished up. And they showed it all to me and made sure I approved. They were just a dill-light to work with. I relished the easy and affordable repairs. I’m sure my neighbor will be green with envy when they find out how amazing this experience was. Seriously, it was a big dill to me. And they are huge jerks so it serves them right. All joking aside, this is an amazing company with amazing people, and you should use them because they rock and are affordable. Also there are seven pickle puns/jokes in this review. If you can find them all you win a hairball from my shower drain, while supplies last!
