These guys were great from start to finish and all with a sense of humor. Our unit went out 2 days before Christmas during the 0 degrees temperature. They were a great help.

Update: we needed to call ricotta again on a holiday and he was here within an hour to help and got our air working within 30 minutes of being here! Alan is fantastic! We love Ricotta! Alan from Ricotta came and fixed my furnace on such short notice. I am so appreciative and thankful for the fast and professional work that they have done for me. Alan was super nice. In and out all within 30 minutes. I called around to several places to see about pricing because I'm on a budget and was happy to find Ricotta had the best price! I cannot thank Alan enough for the work he has done for me! Ricotta is the way to go!
