Great experience with this company. They answer calls right away, and were able to help us out with a couple of different issues the same day. No pushy sales, just down to earth matter of fact explanations for what issues we were having and how to solve them. Highly recommended for any HVAC needs.
Alan is professional, VERY prompt and reliable. He gets to you as quick as possible, even on weekends, and has great prices. He fixed both my heating and air on 2 separate occasions. Like many others this year, my 18 year old AC just couldn't handle the heat this year. Alan was great. He listened to what I told him due to the maintenance I already have performed over the years, he quickly diagnosed the issue being a small leak somewhere, performed the repair and added some sealer, recharged the system, and it has worked great the last two days. I have a very weird work schedule that changed frequently from day to day myself this week, but Alan went above and beyond to get my system fixed on a Saturday.
