Small but mighty gym! Their classes are fun and have a lot of women power! The weight cages are always full of guys of all ages teens to seniors. It seems like they have something for everyone.
i wasn't sure at first about the pricing because i didn't kno if i would like it or not, but i took a leap and ended up loving this place. and they have really good classes too, i recommend this place for sure
I love the atmosphere and enthusiasm of the staff. It's lots of fun working out in the classes, and glad it is are part of membership. Clean gym, welcoming and accepting, respectful to all people and their individuality. I like how it is 24 hour access. Bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside. I like the low cost of tanning too, only $10 and it is 24 hour access so I can come in whenever to tan and work out. Finally, I like how the dues are taken out automatically which is nice because it is consistent and the cost is reasonable for the attention you receive.
