I’m only giving one star so I can leave a review. My 5 month old granddaughter passed away and we went to this lady. My daughter couldn’t get any answers from her. When she finally did, the cost of the shadow book was 1200 not affordable. So we asked for the dress back and would pay for the flowers. 2 weeks later she responded that it will be $400 something for only 4 flowers. Taking advantage of my daughters lost is completely disgusting.
Kathy you should be ashamed of your behavior.

Buyer Beware…! The result of our daughter’s wedding bouquet turned out completely different than what was explained to us when we dropped it off to this merchant. The merchant requested payment in full upon dropping it off to her ($600). The process she explained to us was to completely disassemble the bouquet, freeze dry everything and then reassemble the bouquet as it was originally. We were also told the flowers would remain white as they were so fresh. We paid half down ($300) because they don’t take credit cards, only check or cash. We were told the process would take at least 4 months. We reached out to them after 6 months to find out our bouquet was done....read full review
