Amazing customer service. 1ST RATE ! let me say they are the ONLY COMPANY THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE IN PERSON ! That I called and I called alot ! They arranged for my tow immediately and even showed up earlier than I was told ! ?. Very respectful and just amazing service. Plus FANTISTIC Rate!!!! Cheaper than any service I have ever used! I will only call them from now on !!! Thank you Ed for your wonderful customer service !

We chose this tow company because it is a family owed small business and you always take care of the small businesses. We read the reviews from others and laughed at them because people are always quick to assume and make judgments on things within a company. Sometimes our employees turn out not good for us and the only way to control it is to get rid of the bad apples. The guy I talked to was very nice and even informed us that the call before ours was running behind and the driver would be a little later than the estimated time. Understand! The driver showed up and got the job done.
