I came across Jason at the Pevely Days festival because we happen to be vendors right next to each other. After hearing the professionalism and courtesy that he spoke to every single person with I became intrigued because my aging HVAC system was about 36 years old. I knew I was going to need a new one soon but little did I know that mere days after meeting Jason I would need one desperately. last Wednesday on one of the hottest days of the year so far My HVAC system completely died. Less than 10 hours later by 7:00 a.m. the next morning, Jason himself was in my driveway doing everything in his power to fix this old decrepit system. He thought he had it fixed and unfortunately it died about an hour later again... This time permanently.. So what does he do? He turned right around and came back. Once he told us the diagnosis that we already knew in our heart he went above and beyond so much to soften the blow of the fairly expensive system that we had to have by finding every discount available.. On top of all of this he even made sure that we would have air conditioning until the new system could be ordered and installed today 5 days later. This morning about 10 minutes before their appointment time to come and install his very professional and very sweet install team arrived and put in 8 hours of work! I don't even think these guys took breaks! Although they should! So now I'm installed, not a spec of dirt or anything for me to even clean up. Talk about professional, compassionate, community-minded, and very good at what they do... This has been the best customer service I have ever experienced from an entity let alone one in this capacity. For as long as I live in Missouri I will use you guys for everything including my regular maintenance. I plan on recommending you to everyone I can and I hope that your business grows by leaps and bounds because you deserve it. There are two disabled veterans living in my home, (one of them on oxygen and nearly 75 years old) and the compassion and respect that you showed them both to ensure that they were not uncomfortable during this horrid heatwave warmed my heart. Thank you, from the staff in the office, to the install techs, and sweet guy that helped load the portable air conditioning system into the truck for us, I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
These guys are absolutely amazing! This summer heat is brutal and they came out and had us fixed up and ready to go so quickly. I won’t ever recommend anyone else.
