Patients describe the staff and doctor as extremely helpful, efficient, and kind. One patient was seen on short notice on a Saturday during a holiday weekend. Another was in and out quickly and had a bad wisdom tooth extracted on a holiday weekend. A patient who is scared of the dentist had an amazing service and a fantastic experience, and the doctor made them laugh. A walk-in patient found the processing service easy, from the kind and professional ladies at the front desk to the assistant and the doctor, who extracted a wisdom tooth in less than 5 minutes. Front desk personalities exude customer care service, and smiles throughout the whole building were a sight to be seen. The clinic sets the bar for cleanliness and professionalism at its best. One family drove 3 hours because their area had no emergency dentist for a weekend and the ones they called wouldn't take their daughter, who was considered "too young." The doctor took them in and was able to help right away for her broken metal crown that was sticking out and cutting her. For $49 and 10 minutes later she was herself again. The staff was so nice, gave them time to get there, and gave her so much patience and care.
