Let me just say ... OMG!!! I went to this salon this morning for a sisterlock consultation and can't wait to go back in 6 weeks to have my first retie. The atmosphere has already been set to be peaceful, calm, soothing, and positive. The young lady who is going to do my hair is Tiffany and she has such a welcoming and soothing personality, tone, and touch. The owner, Crystal, was there doing a client. If she was not introduced to me as the owner, I would not have known, simply because she was so humble and approachable. Some owners of salons that I have met have been so uptight and 'stank', Crystal has shown me what a TRUE and PROPER owner of a salon looks and acts like. I have not even had an official service yet and I am already so appreciative and excited about this experience! This is where YOU NEED TO BE if you need a TOP TIER hair and scalp experience!
From the moment you walk through the door you are welcomed with warmth. They provide you a welcome key with a packet of information about your journey. They affirm and educate you the entire time, laughs and no judgment. They are ON TIME, and show respect for your time. They have hydroloc products that are healthy and make it easier no matter what stage in your journey you are. Black women entrpreneurs, educators and stylists - Amazing!
