Dentists in Hazelwood

“I’ve been going to this office for yearsssss. I received a bridge on both sides in 2021. 3.29.25 my bridge came off on one side while doing nothing. Weird but okay. Call the office Monday 3.31.25 and they get me right in at 10. The dental assistant did x rays and we move to a room. The Dr. Blake Shelton came in and put in back to fit. Fits fine. He then checked my teeth and okayed the girl to put it back on. She puts it. I’m thinking she’s checking placement. Nope. She starts to clean the cement. Whoaaaa ma’am this doesn’t feel right. The Dr comes in and does adjustments FOUR times. I tell him still doesn’t feel right. He gets an X-ray and insist that it’s in correctly. Then made a suggestion of a new bridge. Why would need a new bridge when the one I have just fitted correctly 5 minutes ago. They won’t get another dime from me. My regular dentist is on maternity leave. They call the office manager Kerri who was RUDE AS HELL. AND ZERO help. Then she wrote on my notes I refused adjustments. They won’t ever see me again. DO NOT RECOMMEND.“
