I have used this company several times, so called John concerning a repair to a pipe. I asked for a rough estimate, as its during a pandemic and I don't want several people in my home for estimates. He got angry and hung up on me. I called him back and he yelled at me...."I don't want the work. Get somebody else"...I most certainly will find an obviously more professional company. I suggest they take him off the phones, because if my concerns for getting Covid-19 piss him off, he needs help.
