I work for a manufactured home dealer in another state and called to get info for some family. I called these folks and they were super helpful and kind. They seem well-versed and ready to serve. If you need a modular or manufactured home in MO give them a call!
Three Stone Homes (TSH) did a remarkable job building my very first home in Kansas City. They exercised immense patience as I jumped through all of the permitting and planning hoops set forth by the city. The cabinets and countertops are beautiful and spacious. The sheet rock and carpet workers brought it all together.
PRO TIP: I would advise anyone wanting to build in KC to use a general contractor unless you have built in KC before. Speaking as a physician with no building experience, I am proof that it is possible, but after navigating the city, I'm fairly confident I would rather undergo a root canal...
Back to the well-earned five-star review - I can't express how grateful I am for TSH during this process. They provided a high quality final product! I will definitely consider building with them again down the road.
From the moment I drove on to the Three Stone Homes in Harrisonville, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable personnel. They listened to what I was looking for and they delivered. I love my new home. I forgot to add that Jim and Kevin made the entire process smooth. Thank everyone at Three Stone Homes for everything.
