Three Stone Homes (TSH) did a remarkable job building my very first home in Kansas City. They exercised immense patience as I jumped through all of the permitting and planning hoops set forth by the city. The cabinets and countertops are beautiful and spacious. The sheet rock and carpet workers brought it all together.
PRO TIP: I would advise anyone wanting to build in KC to use a general contractor unless you have built in KC before. Speaking as a physician with no building experience, I am proof that it is possible, but after navigating the city, I'm fairly confident I would rather undergo a root canal...

We had a great experience shopping for a home; there was no pressure at all and the follow up to our questions was very good. Our experience during the construction phase was just the opposite due to a lack of communication. My review of this company would of been extremely poor but then Allison and Traey became involved and turned the situation completely around. I cannot say enough good things about these two. They have kept us updated on the process and have been polite and patient in explaining everything. They have addressed all of our concerns, and we are very happy with our new home. Thank you!
