“I gave this 5 star to get it to the top. If I could give it neg stars I would! Not only was my pedicure rushed it’s sloppy and looks so unprofessional! It literally looks like someone was drunk and painted my nails! Not to mention I didn’t even get the full pedicure! Most of the reason I went was to get the dry dead skin off my heels. That wasn’t done and was not offered! This is literally the worst pedicure I’ve ever had in my life! And this is sad because I was a continuous customer here and I will not go back after today of being rushed and treated like I didn’t matter! Not to mention how awful and unprofessional my nails look! I will not be back! Like I said I was a continuous customer here for over five years! But today will be the last time I go there for anything! I paid $45 to be rushed have paint slopped on my toes. 3 days later and there gel nail polish is totally gone from my pinky toe! I want my money back! I’m assuming the gel nail polish is old and that’s why it came off all on its own! So please save yourself time and trouble and just go anywhere but here! I’m really upset I’m out $45 due to there lack of professionalism and ability to replace OLD GEL nail polish! Not to mention it was dirty literally a finger nail in the cupholder of the pedicure seat next to me 🤢 I will not waste my money again on unprofessionalism, rotten nail polish, and unsanitary conditions! This review is to warn ppl so they’re not out there hard earned money and that they don’t risk infection! THIS PLACE NEEDS SHUT DOWN!”
