I have been going to yoga with Andrea at Embrace Movement for over two years now. The price is perfect and the classes are engaging and fit to your comfort level. Leaving after class is so refreshing and well worth the time for yourself.
This studio is fantastic. Located in a historic building on the Harrisonville square. Each class is unique and taylored to the individuals present. Andrea has a wonderful practice style and eager to meet her students where they are. Looking forward to the 'Summer Camp' sessions!!
