Beyond nice guy in general. My husband and I had a slight emergency when our furnace stopped working. I called around everywhere as we've never had a handyman since we've bought our home and kept getting the run around. Tom was fair, understanding, and incredibly courteous. Made the time, when I know he probably didn't have to, to come same day to help us. Our home is back to being nice and toasty thanks to him. I called Anders Air on June 28, 2022. He promptly returned my call 5 minutes later. I explained my issues, he guided me through the phone with what I needed to do in order for him to come repair my central air unit. He arrived today and was very kind and professional. He was even nice enough to give me a 5 minute heads up so I didn't have my dogs cooped up for longer than needed. He gave me some knowledge on what we can do to keep our unit running effectively. The owner, Tom, is great to deal with. We have used him several times for our home. Both times that dealt with A/C, he was able to come out to diagnose the problem and fix it in the same day. We were recommended him by our neighbor and Tom has made me a loyal customer.
