I recently took my team from Shine Clean Company to Twisted Juniper Yoga for a team-building event, and it was such a wonderful experience. We did a restorative yoga session with sound healing, and it was exactly what our crew needed. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the instructor made everyone feel comfortable-whether they were experienced with yoga or trying it for the first time.

It was the perfect way for our team to slow down, relax, and reconnect after busy workdays. Everyone left feeling refreshed and grateful for the experience.

An excellent resource for the community, this yoga studio is top-notch with the highest quality instruction. There are plenty of classes to choose from, the prices are reasonable, and there is a strong sense of both professionalism & fun. Emily is not only an excellent instructor, she is a very savvy business operator. For anyone looking to enhance their well-being and enrich their lives, I'd highly recommend Twisted Juniper!
