They aren’t perfect. I’ve had issues with case workers not understanding the full extent of my child’s problems. That being said they have also been very helpful and supportive. Through the years it is clear that they honestly care and want my children safe and supported. I’m glad my children are able to get case management. This gives them a safe adult to talk about what is bothering them. They are able to give me feedback on ways to support my family.

Extremely unhelpful in every possible way. I asked for help in specific areas and was often ignored. The psychiatrist they sent my child to didn't bother to get to know him or what he was going through but prescribed him meds and then told him she wouldn't need to see him for 6 months. Very gross and highly careless. When my child needed help the most they kicked him out of group therapies for problems he had at home that had nothing to do with how he acted with other kids. I stuck with them for years hoping the help would get better but it never did.
