These guys are great! Matt and Seth came out and determined what repair I needed and then Matt took it from there. Excellent customer service and thorough follow through from Matt until the job was done. Could not have been happier and more satisfied with their work!
Parkville was hit by 4 1/2 inch hail back in March and Matt responded asap about coming out to do an inspection. He and his team were very thorough, professional and produced quality work. Matt was a huge help in navigating the confusing insurance process and ensuring I was happy with throughout the entire process! I would highly recommend Hometown Roofing!
I cannot say enough good things about this company and its employees! Communication- night, day, weekday, or weekend- was consistent and immediate! We worked with Patrick- who may be the hardest, most caring person I’ve ever met on the job! I mean, he truly knows what he’s doing, and is very good at it. He walked us through everything, and didn’t make us feel stupid when we had silly questions. Patrick and Hometown Roofing is, hands down, the best company/person to work with when needing a new roof!
