I can’t thank Michael at Coldwell Communications enough. My gaming PC suddenly stopped working last night. I went into total panic mode, since I'm pretty new to this stuff.

Michael not only responded quickly the next morning, but he walked me through every step to diagnose and fix the issue. His knowledge, patience, and attention to detail were incredible. He stayed with it until the problem was solved and my system was back up and running.

Michael was absolutely amazing. I was at my wits end and didn’t know what to do. My company file got totally lost in the translation from Microsoft 10 to Microsoft 11. I didn’t know what to do. Michael came out the day after I called him. He got everything up and running and did so with a smile. I highly recommend this company. I’m so thankful for him and his willingness to help.

Michael was amazing to work with! I have worked with him in the past on transferring all of my data off of a crashed computer. This was a very easy process for him. He is very efficient when he does his job. I recently needed his help on a security system install and her was great to work with once again! He showed me so much on how to use my new system and made it an effortless process for me. I now have my business fully secured and am able to protect my storage unit customer with this new system.
