We just recently used Kenny’s Tile for the first time. Audrianna helped us through the process of picking out the right countertop and backsplash that would best meet our needs. She did a wonderful job and are very appreciative of her patience and hard work to achieve our goal.Next we would like to thank Mark Perschau who did a great job coordinating all of the work that we had done. Mark always went the extra mile to please and accommodate us and stayed in close communication as to when things were going to happen. This is a updated post 4 Dec., 2023. Had to contact Kenny’s Tile to address a stress crack in a tule on the outside tub wall. They responded quickly and sent Teto out to replace the tile the next day. As usual an excellent job well done. Can’t ask for more than that!!Kenny’s Tile was contacted to install floor, shower, and tub surround tile in our master bath remodel project. They were very excellent to work with and had no issues with me doing the demo work. A real treat for us was a 10 week timeline was cut down to about a week due to a delay on another of their jobs. This is our second major project with Kenny's Tile and we have been very satisfied with the end result in both projects. Anytime you embark on a project the scope of these two some hiccup's should be expected . The test of a great contractor is how they handle these hiccup's. Our concern's and the issues that arose were totally addressed to our satisfaction and the end result has been a beautiful new master bath and kitchen . We also need to recognize our project manager, Josh Zumwalt, who always made himself available to address our questions and concerns and make certain that we were completely satisfied .Dale & Karen KunzLee's Summit, MO
