“I've received amazing care from my Brookdale Home Health Team from October 2020 until November 2021 when I was discharged. I believe my nurse Karin saved my life twice. My OT nurse Nicole was so helpful in my getting a wheelchair and hospital bed and ensuring that they were set properly for my height and needs. Adrienne, my physical therapist was so thorough and guided me on each exercise with kindness and firmness. I thank them for their time and knowledge as well as their caring and compassion.“

“Minds Matter came into our lives after our son sustained a severe TBI and spinal cord injury in a car accident. They worked with him for over 6 years with their home based services. They were all wonderful human beings with great knowledge and dedication to their clients. “WE FIRST USED SYNERGY HOME CARE WHEN MY HUSBAND WAS COMING HOME FROM A NURSING HOME WHERE HE HAD BEEN AFTER A HOSPITAL STAY. HE WAS BECOMING VERY DEPRESSED IN THE NURSING HOME SO I DECIDED TO TAKE HIM HOME WITH HOME CARE. A FRIEND RECOMMENDED SYNERGY AND DOUG PETERSON CAME OVER TO VISIT WITH ME AND WE MADE ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE CAREGIVERS TO COME TO OUR HOME 24/7. THE PEOPLE WHO CAME TO OUR HOME WERE WELL TRAINED AND VERY COMPETENT. WE, EVENTUALLY, WERE ABLE TO HAVE ONE OF THEM FOUR DAYS A WEEK AND SHE WAS EXCELLENT!!! THE OTHERS WERE GOOD BUT SHE WAS EXCEPTIONAL.

WE, EVENTUALLY, WERE ABLE TO DISCONTINUE THEIR SERVICE BUT HAD TO HAVE THEM BACK A COUPLE YEARS LATER. EVERY TIME I CALLED, I RECEIVED THE SERVICE I REQUESTED AND MY HUSBAND BENEFITED FROM THEIR CARE. HE PASSED AWAY LAST DEC. SO I NO LONGER HAVE THE NEED TO CONTINUE USING HOME CARE. HOWEVER, I WOULD DEFINITELY GO TO SYNERGY AGAIN!!“

“I felt compelled to complete a follow-up review for the Novus LifeCare Staff as a whole. One of the most arduous tasks in life is preparing for the transition of a loved one. It's heartbreaking and tremendously painful time, but when there is a team that regularly meets about your concerns for your loved one there is a solace or peace that ensues. This team of professionals cared for my grandmother and strived to meet her needs, as well as our family's needs. From the day she transitioned, I have not failed to receive some type of encouraging correspondence to remind me of the peace of God and to remember the memories I shared with my grandma. To the Chaplain, LaVonna[sp], I want to thank you for a heartfelt spiritual connection. To Karey, thank you for the moments of compassion and your own personal experiences, as well as making sure Grandma had whatever she needed medically. To Ashley[sp] the aid, thank you that when you were able to show up, honey you showed UP!! To Janelle, thank you for hearing my heart, even when it didn't seem like it made sense. Even though it was my friend LaKeitha, a former hospice nurse, who made us realize the short period of time we had we are grateful for the presence of the staff. We're eternally grateful for the service provided to my Grandmother. God's choice blessings to each of you.“

“Advanced Hospice was such a blessing to us. We weren’t happy with where my sister was living and needed her to have better care and this group especially Grace were angels. Communicated every day, gave her nice quiet loving care which she loved. She enjoyed their company and looked forward to having her new friends come visit and never gave her pain. We knew we could trust them alone to not only take care of her but us also.“
