Talked me into a root canal to fix tooth , damaged tooth right beside it and cap over canal came off 2 times in less then a year . Now i have to go have a different dentist fix what he messed up . He sent a 49 dollar bill to collections over a missed payment because we moved and i didnt recieve a bill . Nice people . Bad work

I have been seeing him for years and I am very pleased with his service. Many years ago he referred my wife at the time somewhere else for additional service. The insurance company didn't want to pay for it. We didn't make any ground disputing with the insurance company so Dr. Gait called them for us to set them straight and we didn't end up having to pay for the additional dental work the insurance company wanted to charge us for. Today I saw 3 plaques on the wall in the lobby giving Dr. Tait recognition from the KC dental society.

Terrible service. Dr. Tait started service on my child & refused to finish her work now my child has half dental work done. Called repeatedly and the receptionist hung up in my face after saying Dr.Tait went finish my child tooth work. My daughter is 11 years old. I plan to take legal action as well as file every complaint possible.
