Randy responded quickly to our request for a quote to repair of the basement on our Waldo rental. His suggestions made sense and matched the engineer report. He saw a missing beam support that no one else noticed. We got quotes from four other companies, from the big boys to the mom and pop companies. Randy’s quote was middle of the road and one half of the big boys.The basement was repaired within two weeks of accepting his bid.
