I have used them in the past and always been satisfied. Prompt. Job done in a timely manner, usually same day. A little pricey, but when husband works out-of-town, therefore doesn't have the time or energy to do the job (or knowledge/tools), Andy OnCall does the job. Recently "Thomas" was the tech. Worked on a shower drain and a sliding glass door. He was very professional and easy to talk to as he did the work. If/when I need work done around the house again, I would definitely use Andy OnCall, and would request Thomas.
