I have been with Midwest Fitness for 10 years. I cannot say enough good things about the studio. The personal attention and instruction you receive is like having your own personal trainer. Everyone goes at their own pace. Are there challenges? You bet there are. Almost everyone has a problem area to work on or work around. We work hard, but laugh a lot and feel better for it. Its for all ages. Come join us for your physical, mental and emotional well being.

Nice to have a fitness studio in Eastern JACKSON County. They have a variety of fitness classes, that will accommodate anyone. The prices are reasonable. I enjoy the people and the atmosphere.
