We had a flood in our basement the night before we were set to close on its sale. Nightmare! I contacted Kim and she made it a point to come out the next day even with 4 other appointments already on her books. When she arrived she was entirely honest and trustworthy to tell us we didn’t need any professional services and that the efforts we did worked to dry out the area. I was concerned about potential mold issues several months ago so I contacted Kade Cleaning. They came out and inspected/tested promptly and did a great job. They also cost much less than other companies. Then, several months later I contacted them about some additional concerns. They came out and inspected, gave suggestions, and even did some cleaning at no charge. How often does anyone do this anymore? Later, at my request, they came back out and re-tested. They were right, there were no issues! Kade Cleaning was great to work with.
