Our AC unit went out yesterday afternoon and we realized what happened yesterday evening. We called Ideal Temp’s office around 9 pm and they had a tech at our house at 8 am this morning. They were quick to diagnose the issue and quick to get the job done! The techs that were here, Ethan and Morgan, were very kind and down to Earth as well and willing to help us out in anyway they could. Hands down would recommend to anyone needing a maintenance plan or their unit serviced!
