Dr. Mouse and his team are truly exceptional! My husband has been seeing him for years, and I finally made the switch from my PCP of 15+ years after growing frustrated with the big corporate practice—long waits for appointments, difficulty getting simple questions answered, and barely any real time with the doctor.
I only wish I had made the change sooner. Dr. Mouse is the definition of professionalism, with the best bedside manner I’ve ever experienced. As a healthcare professional myself, that says a lot! Dr. Brad Mouse was my doctor in the 90’s and I recently went back to him. He took the time to listen, which is much appreciated. His staff was amazing too. They were very patient and helpful.
Both my hubby and I see Dr. Mouse. We love him and his staff. I wish all Dr’s had his bedside manner! He is so thoughtful and smart and has a very large knowledge database without even having to look things up. Admin. and nursing are friendly, quick and always willing to answer questions when you call.
