So I called to get shot records for my daughter to take my dog to a festival that requires proof. Somehow, Savanah knew my email address before I even told her my name. And then, almost before I finished my sentence requesting the records, she had already emailed them to me. It was borderline amazing! She's either super efficient at her job or psychic. In a world where I seem to have so much trouble even getting to talk to a customer service person, this was the best I have ever received.
Crain Veterinary has saved my cats life twice. Once two years ago for pyometra and just recently for a blockage in her intestine. They found the blockage on the first x ray unlike the first veterinary office(ani med blue springs) I took her too. They did the surgery the same day and took great care of her on a holiday weekend, they called me daily with updates. They have called every day since she has been home to check on her. I highly recommend them.
I love my dog and was nervous about prices and overall care of Ronin but they are very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Took very good care of my guy and gave me a lot of information and took the time to explain things to me to help with him which I very much appreciated.
