In addition, Bonnie has always done whatever is necessary to meet my expectations and deadlines for tax filings. All these other negative comments about rudeness.. wouldn't you be a little dry if you dealt with people who slack on their taxes half the year and expect them to clean it up?

I have not experienced any issues with this company. So what if they don't smile. So what if they breath a little heavy.

They also returned my calls when they weren't swamped. In my opinion in a timely manner. Of course I wasn't filing at the last possible second either.”
