After my first visit, I had the best sleep I've had in months. My neck didn't ache when I woke up, my headache is gone, and my back feels more flexible with less pain already. Dr. Gross is really personable and had great energy. I felt really comfortable with her adjustment and am looking forward to my next appointment - and the return of their massage therapists!

The food was delicious! It wasn't crowded at all. I wonder if people know about it. Portions were plentiful. I would recommend. Not a fancy place but enjoyable and reasonably priced.

Excellent results. As a weight lifter, I had been experiencing low back pain for 3 weeks along with headaches that lasted most of the day. Although the level of back pain wasn't high, it was constant and enough to really slow down my otherwise active lifestyle. On the recommendation of a friend, I called Shawnda to set up an appointment. The day after the appointment, the back pain and headaches were (and still are several weeks later) completely gone.
