OMG! So happy with Manager Buffy and CSR Amber at the North Oak location! I thought this would take hours but they had me in and out pretty
quick! Both were very knowledgeable about their services and costs and Buffy practically has a calculator in her head! They went over every detail of the loan in an efficient manner so there would be no surprises. Buffy has that down home Missouri drawl, sounds like a neighbor, lol. And Amber will be promoted soon I'm sure!
And to heck with the PC Police, they're both cute! ?. They will get my future business if I need another loan. Great people, great Service!

Awesome place! Greeted with beautiful smiles and very knowledgeable staff. Because of my need for immediate cash, I was initially a little apprehensive about a title loan because I had never had one. Jill was so helpful, calm and knowledgeable it made the entire visit a breeze! Also the manager, Buffy was not only super down-to-earth but I could immediately see where Jill got her style from! Kudos to Mid American Title Loan on a great Gladstone staff!
