I felt awful on a recent visit. Cough, congestion, sinus pain. The doctor on duty took great care of me and I got over a really bad cold pretty quick. The nurses and office staff were very kind and caring. They even helped a young man find another urgent care for an x-ray as theirs was down that day. Excellent customer service!
The entire staff was very friendly and professional. The physician was attentive, listened and very kind. I would recommend going here for any urgent care needs. Caring from start to finish.
I’ve been to Gladstone urgent care at least 10 times in the last two years during Covid as well. I have received excellent care and excellent professional advice. The nurses and front desk staff are great! The Nurse Practitioner Dixie is EXCELLENT! She is kind, caring and she listens to the patient! I appreciate being listened to and my symptoms I’m discussing not being ignored. Thank you for great care and staying open during the pandemic as well!!!
