Scheduled a massage and merchant cancelled the appointment three times. I was required to pay a deposit for the service which had had to be disputed with my credit card company since I did not receive service. The first time the appointment was cancelled was the day before stating she wanted to visit her grandma. The second time was the hour before the appointment stating she got in a small car accident. The third time got cancelled the hour before the appointment again without explanation or offer to reschedule.
