My bf ordered some electronic items for pickup. We called in the morning to verify someone would be there when we arrived. Jose spoke with us and was super professional. He was also the one who helped us when we arrived. Super helpful and knowledgeable.

Since this is like the only Wal-Mart within a 20-mile radius of me, I'm forced to like it just a little bit. The employees are nice and talk openly about hating their job like any reasonable human would do. The shoppers perfectly represent the cesspool that is Fulton, MO with their stomachs hanging over the waistline of their pants and, like another reviewer mentioned, a tattooed, skinny boyfriend with a wallet chain and probably a Tapout shirt or something. Probably a screaming toddler neglected in the cart who grabs at toys and pesters the 20-year-old parents. I did meet a cashier who complimented my Misfits shirt. So that's a plus. The facing is nice sometimes. It's a wreck around the holidays.

If I could give a negative rating I would. I have had bad service before but this pharmacy is inexcusable. I had been trying to pick up a prescription for THREE months and they kept telling me the doctor never sent it. The doctor said it was sent. Now, I had been picking up other prescriptions during this time period and would ask them over and over. Finally the doctor's office called them on speaker while I listened. The pharmacist said first it was "on hold" but could not say why and then that it had been cancelled and couldn't say why or who had cancelled it. The doctors office sent it again and when I went to pick it up 20 minutes later I was treated like I had done something wrong. I pointed out to the pharmacist that I had repeatedly asked for the meds and was constantly told the order was not received so how did she know it was on hold then cancelled. She shrugged and just stared at me. I told her I wanted more answers than that and she said"oh well". It pretty much let me know their constant mistakes were a lack of caring about their customers. I don't know how many times they screwed up my insurance. It was a few and I have never changed insurance so it is just their incompetence. Always check your meds when they come from here!
