This is my go to place anytime I need an appliance fixed. Friendly...and very affordable! I never feel like I was overcharged for any work they have done for me. Their used appliances are reasonably priced also. I highly recommend this place!
I bought my used washer and dryer at J. Scott's. They were polite and helpful. They told me there was a 90 day guarantee on the set. Two months later the washer started leaking. I called the company and at first, I thought they were going to give me the run around. I WAS WRONG. The man drove all the way from Fulton to Jeff. City. He fixed my washer (and fast) and told me if I had any more problems with this one, he'd REPLACE it. How awesome is that? He was also so cheerful and polite. On his way out I offered to sell him a little window unit air conditioner that was taking up space. He bought it from me for twice what I would have asked. These people are straight shooters and I enjoyed doing business with them.
