My water heater failed and I called Hornbuckle Thursday afternoon. By Friday at 3:00 pm I had a new water heater. The price was reasonable, service was fast and friendly. Highly recommend this company!

Called for service on furnace. 1 room nearest the furnace was warm but rest was 61°. Do you have a crawl space? Yes. Have someone check if an animal might have gotten in and knocked piping apart. Not trying to avoid taking the job but it will be cheaper for you if a friend can do it. He was right. I had someone check and they fixed it. Cat was toasty warm in crawl spce. Hornbuckle called me back to check all was good. That's excellent customer service. If I need service in the future they will be my first call.

Clint and his team have come through for us, time and time again. Whether it's an air conditioning or heating issue or telling us what is the best kind of water softener to buy, they do it all. I highly recommend them for any HVAC or plumbing work!
