LifeSpa is a salon and spa that is located inside the Life Time fitness club in Frintenac, Missouri.The spa has a clean and relaxing atmosphere, with soothing music and aromatherapy. The staff is friendly, professional, and attentive, and the service is personalized. Technicians use organic products. The spa offers massages, facials, waxing, and hair services.TIP BEFORE YOU GO: You can use the perks of using the fitness club facilities, such as the pool, sauna, steam room, locker if you book a service, so bring a swimsuit and gym shoes!!!

Had such a great massage by Jen. She listened to my shoulder issues and then focused on making them better (plus, recommended exercises to help). Very clean, zen atmosphere and friendly staff. It's a little more expensive because we are non-members, but since WellBridge closed--this is my new favorite spot. Highly recommend!

A great facility but it's gotten so crowded. In the summer they no longer let guests in on the weekends. Also I have found it difficult to get the spa services I would like even booking a week ahead of time.
