The door quality is excellent, price is reasonably less expensive than big name brand that begins with an A. Some difficulty with closing, and then opening. So throw cost savings out the equation. It’s difficult to get good customer service or honesty out of most businesses anymore. But, Jeff Davidson with Quaker stepped up big time and followed through.
