Trustworthy Heating and Cooling LLC is a breath of fresh air when it comes to service and integrity. My wife was worried about mold buildup in our ductless mini split HVAC system. They were the only ones to respond to my calls. Shawn was out within a day or two to see what my problem was and to fix the issue. He quickly took apart my 3 wall units, removed and cleaned the mold buildup on the blower wheels and reassembled the units. System is now functioning great. We were also offered suggestions to prevent mold in the future. I will always call Trustworthy Heating and Cooling LLC when I have HVAC issues. The name says it all.

Shawn at Trustworthy HVAC is a standup fella. Long and short of it, he gave me a great price and everything was set to go, but we ran into a problem with Lennox distributing and specifically the carrier and were unable to get the models I was wanting. He worked hard on trying to get the deal to stick, was honest throughout and brought back my $6420 deposit immediately when he found out the equipment was not available due to the delivery service. It was a total disaster for both Shawn and I but he shielded the majority of the pain from me, and at some point we just have to say it wasn’t meant to be. Shawn was excellent to work with. He replace our very old gas furnace with a new comfort maker He also installed central air condition. I am extremely pleased with his work. He also gave me an estimate so I knew exactly what it would cost.
