I have been using Country Lan Florist for many, many years. They have always been fantastic. Even during the supply chain shortages, her flowers have been perfect every time. And they last way longer than the boxed ones.

I used Country Lane Florist for my girlfriend's birthday. I had a romantic arrangement that was supposed to be delivered to her work on her birthday. I make it clear what that date was, and the woman at the counter said it would be delivered on that date. However, it was delivered over a week early. Instead of the flowers showing up at her work while she was there, they showed up on one of her days off. She got a call from her work, saying to come pick up her flowers. She got them home, and they're wilted and half dead. I couldn't be any more displeased.Update: They have done the right thing by offering to send a replacement on her birthday.
