She is the very best but good luck getting in bc she prob isn't even taking clients bc she's the best around

Would not recommend taking my taxes there. My taxes have been there for 2 months and when we have called to check on the status, they always say "someone" will have to call you back. In the 2 month period, no one ever called us back. Finally, got them to call back yesterday but the office person seemed very unprofessional. When asked if they would sit down and go over our questions and explain I was told "no" to consider my phone contact as my consultation. The accountant did say that she would be happy to talk with us at our car when we pull up to sign our taxes. Absolutely not a professional way to run a business.
