“When I chose Hair Waves, it was between them and another salon. The person I spoke to at the other salon was very short on the phone, not personable at all, borderline rude to be honest. When I spoke with Becky, she was kind, knowledgeable and patient with my questions. This is how you win clients! She's very conservative in her trims, which I appreciate so much - better to take off too little than too much! She's also one of the only salons that do perms, and she does a fantastic job! I enjoy my time in her chair, she's a good conversationalist as well. I'm looking forward to Becky being my go-to hair gal for the foreseeable future!“
