Penny helped us so much with my daughter’s wedding. All of the flowers were beyond my expectations. With Penny’s guidance my daughter chose her flowers and then Penny ran with it in the best way possible. She was amazing to work with and so reasonably priced. I would give her 10 stars if it was possible.

Just a fabulous experience. My wife works in St Charles but we live in Texas. She was in St Charles this week during our anniversary so I decided to send her some flowers. I ordered on Penny's website and then called her because I wanted to add some special flowers. She waited for the truck to come in that afternoon and made the most beautiful arrangement and then delivered it to my wife that afternoon. Not only did she do an amazing job, but she upgraded my order with extra roses and the special lillies I wanted for no extra charge.
