I have never had a problem and I have purchased from them at least three times. purchased a Refrigerator from them and it went out was passed warranty and I called to have one of there repair men fix it and the guy fixed it no charge. Bought a Washing Machine and Dryer and they set everything up and never had an issue, Will use again,

In store was a great experience. I can't exactly remember what the price was for delivery, but I'm almost sure I was told that to haul my old fridge away was $125. I kept my old fridge and was still charged $125. I gave the guy $140 and watched him fiddle waiting for me to ask for my change until I just said I appreciate you guys and went about my business. It mattered, but it wasn't really that big of a deal..It's not a deal breaker with the store, and will recommend to friends and family but will tell them to prepare to bring it home themselves.

I love them! Something went wrong with the washing machine early this morning at about 1:00am , we called the shop went it opened and they sent someone to fix it right away! He was a very nice man too! Me and my husband are so pleased with USA-Appliance's quick service.??
