The store overall was clean, organized and haf just about any and everything related to beauty. That being said, it was my first time there. When I was ready to checkout, no one was at the counter so waited a few mins before I walked to the back of the store. I saw a young lady with a radio around her waist and figured she was an employee. I asked her if she could send someone to help us at the checkout counter. She kindly said she would. I was greeted when I walked in which was great. I was asked if I needed any help which was great. The lady named Mariah who rung me out was friendly. My problem is, if a customer hands you her ID and instead of you handing it back you put it down on the counter instead is not good.
I needed a product I couldn’t find but purchased there many times. One of the girls asked if I needed help
I said yes and she listened and said let me check this product . She found out it can only be ordered on line now . So I ordered two and they are shipping to my home . No shipping charge . I was very happy that this store representative took the time to help me. Always friendly , helpful.
