I scheduled a dent appointment for my kids at the Florissant location and was told no appointment was found and that the appointment for my other child was at the Delmar locatio. Very inconvenien, very disorganize, very hard to work with to correct the situatio, and the recep at the Florissant dental location was very rude. If you can find another clinic please do so before coming to this branch.
The wait time for pediatric doctor took way to long I have a two year old and they don’t like to sit still long so sitting and waiting was horrible I will definitely be finding a new doctor
So I made my son an appointment at 2:00pm and waited over an hour to even be called to the back. I feel like it should be walk ins due to appointment time not being met nor close to the time I made my appointment.
