This gentleman very professional he knows everything he’s talking about him and I debated between two different types of AC units and I realize the one he wanted for me was really the better one. They’re clean, clean up their mess. Answer any questions I have no complaints.
Kevin is a phenomenal HVAC professional. Very knowledgeable, fair price, extremely honest, caring and very reliable. Treats you like you’re his own family. Very happy with his work as he’s came out multiple times to service our hvac system, replaced furnace blower motor, furnace motherboard and routine maintenance. Has came out on short notice same day and weekend emergency calls. Highly recommend Kevin and Nu-Way to anyone looking to have HVAC work done.
They came out to take a look at my furnace the same day I called which is unheard of! Unfortunately my 30 year old furnace could not be repaired & had to be replaced. Kevin provided a fair estimate up front, the furnace was replaced including a warranty, and I've had no issues. Having to replace a furnace during the winter can be stressful, but hiring Nu-Way made the process better. I've recommended them to all my family & friends.
