20/10 experience. As first time home buyers, my husband and I were nervous about the process and wanting to know what we were getting into. John found a lot of issues with the house and we ultimately decided to withdraw based on his assessment.
Even if those glaring issues weren’t found, he was so informative throughout the process of what issues were “small fries” and what was more pressing. During his walk through with us, he gave future maintenance and repair advice, and showed us what we should be looking for.
